I will be offering 10 tintypes every two weeks—from the mm/dd/yyyy project—for the democratic price of $50 each (diptychs and triptychs are $100 and $150 respectively) indefinitely. This is in the spirit of the three democratic advances in photography (tintypes, handheld, and digital photography) that inspired this work.

HOW IT WORKS

I will post 10 new tintypes on this page every 14 days. Take a look, and if you're interested in a tintype, send an email to info@danielballesteros.com to begin a transaction. I accept payment by check or through paypal. Each tintype comes with a handmade display shelf and screw for installation. Every fortnight I will post 10 new tintypes from this ongoing series.

SIZE

Each plate is a unique 3" by 2 1/2" tintype and sits on a small wooden shelf that is 3 1/2" wide and 1" deep.
